The land of the abundant giant…Do I deserve more?
We have everything at our disposal and even more here in the United States. We are a first world country so why do we need to take more, buy more, and want more. Why is everything about more? More, more, and much more!
We want more clients, more happiness, more food, more time, more money and more everything yet we are living in lack. Scarcity!
We order food in a restaurant, and if the portion isn’t huge, we get mad. We want more money for freedom, but we go further in debt. We want more success, but how do we acquire all of this and yet continue to fail?!
We want but do we believe we deserve it? Do we believe enough in ourselves to achieve and acquire all of this? OR are we not living in gratitude of right now and what we have NOW, today, not when I get this I will be this…. NO!
I personally have done nothing but chase and want more in my life!
And my foundation hasn’t been ready. Does this sound familiar to you? Here is my analogy: take a seed and plant it, great soil, and water and so on. The seed has to explode to grow and be fertilized, right? Well if our foundation is weak, the seed will not open up to sprout and grow; it will die and produce nothing. This happened to me; I have generated and built a six-figure business and worked my tushie off. I endured high stress, and compromised my health all for six figures? Okay, wait, now I didn’t put the whole amount in my pocket; there was payroll, equipment, taxes and so much more that had to be paid for. I would miss summers, my babies (dogs) events and so much more. OMG, it isn’t worth it. I own my own business to call the shots, not have it all control me, but still, I wanted more. Because I wasn’t joyous and grateful for all that I have, right NOW!
Five years later…
I have no debt, sold a huge part of my business, and am rebranding on a much smaller scale so I can slow down to reconnect with me! I want more of me and more spirituality in my life so that I will receive abundance on the divine time.
Stay tuned…I feel calm and peaceful, and I am just getting started, again! Oh, and by the way:
THIS ISNT BEING SELFISH, IT IS ALL SELF-FULFILLING!

Oh boy, you nailed it. Kim. How often is it that we feel entitled (ouch!) when we haven’t even put in the work. When we are ready to face these really hard truths is when the key will fit into the lock. The next truth is that you still have to be the one who opens the door. Love, love, love reading your blogs!

I certainly deserve much more than I am getting out of life. I am over qualified, over experienced for a country like Pakistan that appears to be in a complete stupor!
Arshad, I am sure you are! However, you are there for a reason…to show, lead, plant seeds and so much more. Courage, stay focused! People need you.
I’m always chasing more but I never quite know what I’m chasing if that makes sense?! I really hope that one day clarity completely comes to me, but in the meantime my artistic brain continues to flit from one adventure to the other 😉

I can be a bit of a magpie chasing the next big shiny thing. I have such an active mind I really struggle to relax. Although, I firmly believe my abundance mentality brings me much opportunity that wouldn’t have ordinarily!
